TREETOPS, MYLOR VILLAGE
A modern home in Mylor, completed in 2021. Vehicular access to the site was limited. We liaised closely with the neighbours to minimise disruption whilst delivering the construction within 8 months. With an air source heat pump and 'super' insulation the heating cost of this house is minimal.
SILVA, MYLOR BRIDGE
A refurbished bungalow with a timber-clad extension was completed in June 2016. We began the two-phased project in spring 2015 allowing occupation throughout the works.
CEDAR FARM, ST AGNES
A contemporary home built near St Agnes in 2004. This four bedroom house delivered a highly sustainable building using many locally sourced materials. For example the cedar cladding was grown, cut, seasoned and prepared on the Duchy of Cornwall Estate within 30 miles of the house.
THE MOWHAY, MITHIAN
A traditional building built in 1997 in the heart of the old village of Mithian. The design brief was to blend in discreetly with the surrounding buildings.
